Adding more file formats for IDM to catch them in the browser

      Some times it can happen that while surfing the internet idm catches one type of videos but not others or any other uncommon files e.g. rar. This happens because the idm has a internal list of file types that it is allowed to catch from the browser directly. To add support for any other file formats simply follow these steps:

1. Open the Internet Download Manager IDM.
2. Clcik on the option button in the top nav bar. A new window will be opened.
3. In the new window click o the file types tab.
4. Search for your required file extension e.g. rar ucder the 'Download file types'.
5. If you do not find that particular extension write at end as RAR.
6. Press the button OK at the bottom and close the IDM.
7. Now to implement the changes you may have to restart the browser.
8. And Done!!!!!!
